  3.   This program has been developed using Borland's C++ 3.1.  No  copy-
  4.   rights other than the implicite rights of Borland (and mine) apply.

  6.   If you have purchased PowerBatch,  I may thank you  for  supporting
  7.   the development of other useful programs for the shareware  market.
  8.   Although I'm not (so far) a member of the Association of  Shareware
  9.   Professionals (ASP), I may  ask you to  accept the  Shareware rules
  10.   with this software product as well.  This version of  PowerBatch is
  11.   NOT  public domain or free  software,  but is being  distributed as
  12.   "shareware".  Nevertheless,  since I am unable to control distribu-
  13.   tion of this programm and as I am interested in the program's being
  14.   spread as widely as possible, there is NO annoying shareware screen
  15.   and FULL functionality. I grant the right to copy freely  this pro-
  16.   gram and it's tutorial to individuals on private as well as on com-
  17.   mercial basis, for the express purpose of determining whether  this  
  18.   program is suitable for their needs and hence they  feel  urged  to
